Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
Return undamaged merchandise and copy of sales receipt within 14 days of purchase to receive merchandise credit only. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced (at sole discretion of ice,llc.), if within 30 days of purchase buyer sends the item to ice,llc. accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and description of defect.

All items should be mailed back via a trackable shipping method to guarantee that the refund or exchange goes smoothly. If you wish to send items back via regular mail or any other non-trackable method, it is at your own discretion and risk. Return shipping fees are not refundable, but shipping fees for an item exchange will not be charged for a one-time exchange.
